Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Test Engineering Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation organization. This leadership role is located in Edwards, AFB, CA. Northrop Grumman is committed to a long term relationship with NASA Armstrong to support Range Hawk Sky Range mission support for a DoD customer and is seeking an Engineering Manager 02 for the Test Engineering Section. Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and lead the NG Test Engineering Section supporting the NASA Sky Range development and missions Assist NASA leadership in managing aircraft mods and operations of existing and expected future RQ-4 aircraft Participate in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for systems Perform quarterly evaluations for members of the NG team Maintain NG team training, staff meetings, safety emphasis, timely training and certifications of your team, regular 1on1 meetings and engagement Help plan program mission support and assign NG employees to meet goals and priorities Ensure that company and NASA policies and procedures are clearly defined and followed Coordinate integrated testing activities working in a dynamic people-focused environment Interface with internal and external customers Basic Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 9 years of related professional work experience OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline AND 7 years of related professional work experience OR 4 years of related work experience with a PhD Must have 2+ years of prior management or experience leading a team Must have U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). Must have ability to obtain and maintain Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. Preferred Qualifications
