Customer Service Manager Our client is a leading provider in
flexible packaging solutions
serving industries such as food & beverage, personal care, healthcare, home, and more. They pride themselves on delivering innovative, high-quality packaging products tailored to their customers’ needs. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team and help them deliver exceptional service and support.
Position Summary The
Customer Service Representative
will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders from entry to delivery while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals. Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Provide detailed product, pricing, and lead time information to customers. Track and monitor orders, proactively communicating updates or delays to customers. Coordinate with production, scheduling, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM/ERP systems. Assist with preparing quotes, samples, and documentation as needed. Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Support sales team initiatives, including upselling/cross-selling packaging solutions when appropriate. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field a plus. Experience:
2+ years in customer service, order management, or inside sales; manufacturing or packaging industry experience a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organized & detail oriented. Proficiency in MS Suite and experience working with internal ERP/CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
