This role will be a mix of automation engineering and Project management. Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation technologies into existing processes. Conduct feasibility studies and process simulations to identify areas for automation improvement. Lead and manage multiple automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules while coordinating with various stakeholders. Evaluate and document project requirements. Design and implement advanced automation strategies that align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency. Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies that suit project requirements. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for automation initiatives and track performance against those metrics. Analyze and report on project outcomes, capturing lessons learned for future projects. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, and testing protocols, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Create and update user manuals, technical specifications, and automation guidelines for internal use. Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project management or related roles. Basic understanding of automation technologies, systems and development lifecycles. Proven experience in project management within engineering environments, including successful delivery of complex projects. Ability to plan resources efficiently and manage cross-functional teams. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project). Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical information to stakeholders at all levels. Experience in leading presentations and reports to project stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience in the aerospace industry or similar high-tech environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to automation.
