The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in plumbing engineering and a desire to grow their expertise while working on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design mechanical systems of basic complexity, including HVAC, mechanical utilities, and plumbing systems, in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Perform engineering calculations such as load analysis, pressure drop, and equipment sizing.
Develop system schematics, P&IDs, plans, schedules, and installation details.
Assist in the development of construction drawing packages and specifications with oversight.
Support plumbing design tasks including:
Domestic cold and hot water systems
Sanitary and storm drainage systems
Natural gas and compressed air systems
Specialty piping (e.g., purified water, process waste)

Experience conducting field surveys and supporting field reporting.
Foundational experience in plumbing design and documentation.
Exposure to Revit plugins (e.g., Enscape, Unifi) and parametric tools (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino).
Strong coordination skills across disciplines and with construction partners.
