Our Digital Strategy Group (DSG) at Adobe is a specialized consulting team within Adobe Experience Cloud that partners with enterprise clients to accelerate their digital transformation and maximize Adobe solutions. The Senior Director will lead the Global Value Engineering team and be an important member of the DSG team. Our Value Engineering team is responsible for creating business cases that show the value delivered by our products, solutions, and services to customers across diverse industries. This role combines deep technical acumen, business insight, and leadership skills to define, architect, and execute value engineering strategies that align with organizational goals. As value realization is a top priority for Adobe, this role will transform the Value Engineering organization to meet market needs, including AI-driven changes. This includes enabling the team on new methodologies and collaborating across Adobe to support customers buying content supply chain platforms, AI and agents, and undergoing organizational change. What You’ll Do
Value Proposition Development: Lead the design and articulation of value propositions for products and solutions, using data-driven insights and industry benchmarks. Strategic Customer Engagements: Act as a senior advisor in executive-level client interactions, translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Data-Driven Analysis: Coordinate advanced analytics, financial modeling, and AI-driven insights to quantify business impact for prospects and existing clients. Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert and public advocate for value-based design through speaking engagements and publications. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing team with a culture of innovation and collaboration. Collaboration with Product and Sales: Work with product management, engineering, and sales to embed value engineering in design, GTM strategies, and customer success. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor offerings to inform value engineering approaches. Continuous Improvement: Establish and refine frameworks and tools for value assessment and delivery, aligned with evolving business objectives. What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, product strategy, or related areas, with leadership in cross-functional environments. Deep understanding of technology and business value realization, including AI, data analytics, and cloud platforms. Proven ability to develop compelling business cases and communicate value to executive audiences. Success in influencing product roadmaps and GTM strategies through value-driven insights. Experience in customer-facing, consultative environments with stakeholder engagement and change management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and data interpretation. Core Competencies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $199,500 – $371,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Specific salary details are shared by the recruiter during hiring.
