Market Analyst

with expertise within the aviation aftermarket services market — including areas within Maintenance & Engineering, Modifications, Freighter Conversions, Training & Simulation, or Aviation Parts & Distribution Services. Executes core market research, data analysis, and forecasting tasks supporting aviation aftermarket services. This role focuses on building and maintaining data models, assembling research inputs, producing analytic components for decision packs, and supporting stakeholder requests. BGS Market Analysis & Intelligence team

develops market forecasts and competitive insights and assesses key drivers across the aviation aftermarket. You will serve as a trusted expert on strategic, market, and competitive issues, enabling alignment and informing decisions at the highest levels of the business. Drive Strategic Growth: Use data-driven insights and market intelligence to identify new revenue streams and expand market share. Inspire Innovation: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and executive leaders to translate complex technologies into clear customer value. Lead with Influence: Present findings confidently to senior leadership and external stakeholders to shape portfolio and business direction. Position Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and synthesize primary and secondary market data (fleet, utilization, MRO capacity, pricing signals). Maintain and update segments of market forecast models; run scenario and sensitivity analyses under guidance. Produce charts, data tables, and narrative components for executive reports and presentations. Conduct competitor and customer research to support dossiers and briefing materials. Support ad hoc analytic requests from sales, product, and strategy teams; meet SLAs for standard requests. Document data sources, assumptions, and model versions to ensure reproducibility. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of relevant experience in aviation, consulting, or market analysis roles. Familiarity with commercial aviation aftermarket concepts and data sources. Practical skills with Excel (advanced), and experience with at least one of SQL, R, or Python. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate analytic results clearly. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Familiarity with Boeing business units and aftermarket ecosystem. Exposure to stakeholder-facing deliverables and executive briefings. Curiosity for aviation market dynamics and eagerness to develop deeper domain expertise. Willingness to travel occasionally for data collection or customer engagement. Drug Free Workplace:
