This is a key opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of operations, lead from the front, and help scale a high-quality custom and production homebuilding business. Key Responsibilities Oversee custom and production home projects from start to finish—on time, on budget, and with top quality Lead and support field staff, with a focus on team development as the company grows Coordinate with subcontractors and inspect all phases of the build Own the construction schedule and proactively resolve issues as they arise Visit job sites regularly to ensure consistency and quality across all projects Attend weekly meetings and initial training in Pittsburgh Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction management Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage teams and hold them accountable Hands-on field experience preferred Background in production and/or custom homebuilding Familiarity with construction management tools and scheduling software Willingness to travel to Pittsburgh weekly Interested?
