Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules to system integration. In-process test procedures/data sheets for PCA’s, modules and top-level system testing. Design and creation of system interface test fixturing. Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) and customer supplied documentation: Parts/Material/Process program requirements; Top level system test requirements including Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock and EMI testing. Engineering required documentation: Failure reports (if required); Discrepant Material Report (DMR); Recovery Test Plans; Engineering change notices for customer review and internal component updates; End Item Data Packages for submittal to customer for review and acceptance; Data management (storage and maintaining of test data for company review and accessibility). Test support for engineers, technicians, engineering associates: Tools (universal for RF/Microwave assemblies), Test equipment (specific to each program), Equipment rental/purchase.
