Anduril is seeking a highly motivated flight test engineer with emphasis in developmental test of a new and revolutionary Group 5 UAS, and experience performing test engineering responsibilities and early prototype development. The role will be responsible for owning and supporting planning, coordination, execution and reporting on all facets of the test program. The Test and Evaluation team works across product lines and flight operations, conducting full system level development testing, production acceptance testing, sub-component qualification testing, and more. Perform principal-level, development flight test engineer activities for the Fury UAS; emphasis on resource planning, conducting ground and flight tests, initial issue investigation, and process improvement/development. Lead and/or participate in a team of flight test engineers, functional engineers, and program representatives responsible for ground and flight test events at private and government-owned test ranges. Collect test data and perform initial data analysis for the system under test. Collaborate with Engineering to develop requirements and discuss test results, including collected data and observations. Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices. Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems. Bachelor’s degree or related technical discipline; may substitute equivalent engineering experience. Extensive experience as a test conductor/test director for developmental aircraft, weapon, or missile systems. Test engineering experience with developmental manned and/or unmanned aircraft, including requirements development, test planning and execution, and test reporting. Experience in aero/performance, loads/dynamics, propulsion or electrical domains. Strong understanding of engineering concepts, principles, codes, and theory with broad application. Working knowledge of MIL-STD-882E, MIL-STD-516C, MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, AS5653, etc. Knowledge of the National Airspace System and UAS operating rules and regulations. Ability to learn quickly, organize and coordinate work phases, and provide solutions to complex problems. Strong computer and documentation skills; excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience with large aircraft development and DoD collaboration. Willingness to work extended hours and travel for test planning and execution. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with software code/script building in Go, Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc. Bias for action and problem-solving initiative. Experience managing individuals or teams; experience with large UAS development. Previous experience in a Combined Test Force or equivalent. Salary and Benefits

US Salary Range: $170,000-$220,000 USD. Salary is an estimate; actual offer varies based on experience, education, and other factors. Equity grants are included in most full-time offers.
