Our client is seeking an experienced
Healthcare Project Manager
to lead the design and execution of healthcare-focused architecture projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in architecture or interior architecture who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving healthcare facilities through thoughtful design. This is a
hybrid position , with an expectation of being in-office a minimum of two days per week. Base pay range
$98,000.00/yr - $157,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of healthcare architecture and design projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and maintaining clear communication throughout. Lead and coordinate project teams including architects, designers, engineers, and contractors. Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation, adapting as needed to meet evolving requirements. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Provide expertise in MEP, structural, and vendor coordination, across varied project delivery methodologies. Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to align design with workflows and patient care philosophies. Lead project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder updates. Identify and mitigate project risks. Mentor team members and contribute to ongoing healthcare studio initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. 5+ years of professional experience with healthcare projects. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and project management tools such as Jira and Deltek. Professional certification (PMP, AIA, NCIDQ, or similar) preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
