McKinstry . We are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer II to join our Engineering & Design team in Seattle, WA. – Documents project correspondence, issues, decisions and directions; follows McKinstry Engineering standards and procedures; contributes to tasks on multiple projects and timelines; manages own workload to deliver on time and within budget; identifies training and support needed to complete tasks. Design

– Develops familiarity with mechanical systems design (calculations, airside and piping systems, equipment selection, multi-discipline coordination); performs engineering calculations, design, and drafting tasks; produces design drawings and building information models for construction; seeks to understand the technical foundation of design activities and decisions. What You Need To Succeed At McKinstry

3-5 years of HVAC design experience. Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required or equivalent experience; onsite construction experience is welcomed. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Revit; knowledge of other CAD/BIM tools available. Familiarity with MATLAB, VBA, Python, InDesign, IES-VE, or other software tools welcome. Engineering in Training Certificate preferred. Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.58-$51.83 per hour. This is a non-exempt, hourly role. A bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Base pay varies by market location.
