The Production Manager oversees the operational flow from sales order to final customer delivery, ensuring that carpet cutting, binding, scheduling, and installation are executed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate between sales, warehouse, installation crews, and customers. Strong email and phone communication skills; able to respond promptly and professionally to customers and team members. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks. Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service. Proficient with basic computer applications and able to learn industry-specific software quickly. Math skills: ability to generate cost estimates Ability to work well with others. The company has a tight knit and friendly team, we want to hire folks that are easy to work with! Nice to have
Flooring industry knowledge is preferred, but not required—willing to train the right candidate. Carpet layout and scope of work RFMS software familiarity 2 weeks vacation + additional PTO with tenure Sloane’s pays 50% health insurance via Kaiser.
