Overview

AECOM is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only hiring event in Los Angeles, California October 29-30. This is a great opportunity to learn about career opportunities starting Spring/Summer 2026 and connect with AECOM staff across our business lines. The event includes a networking mixer on Wednesday evening (6-8 pm) and on Thursday interviews at either the Los Angeles or Orange office. If you're a college student majoring in a field indicated below and graduating in December 2025 or Spring 2026, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities

Builds analytic and design skills. Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer. Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer. Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer. Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems. Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements BA/BS in Electrical Engineering + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Preferred Qualifications Experience or knowledge in electrical with an emphasis on power. Knowledge and experience using AutoCAD and Revit. Ability to balance various project and company responsibilities and deadlines, while maintaining professionalism and quality. Adaptable and flexible, showing a willingness and ability to take on new projects or areas with or without supervision, as required. Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proficiently communicate both internally and externally to build collaborative relationships. Additional Information
