We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Vehicle Functions Test Engineer
to validate and verify the functionality of vehicle systems across various domains such as infotainment, body electronics, powertrain, ADAS, and connectivity. The role involves both bench-level and in-vehicle testing to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with specifications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans and test cases for vehicle functions across multiple domains. Perform manual and automated testing on test benches and actual vehicles. Analyze system requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and report defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM). Collaborate with development, integration, and validation teams to resolve issues. Support root cause analysis and regression testing. Maintain and update test documentation, logs, and reports. Ensure compliance with automotive standards and OEM-specific guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in automotive testing or vehicle systems validation. Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet). Experience with diagnostic tools and test equipment (e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of automotive development lifecycle and standards (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262). Seniority level
