About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to provide specialized

ECC and BW support

focused on Accounts Payable and Treasury processes for a leading public utility client. This short-term contract role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless data flow between ECC, BW, and SAC systems while optimizing reporting, reconciliation, and process accuracy.

Must work on our W2 May be required to be onsite in White Plains, NY

Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level support for

SAP ECC

(Vendor Master, Accounts Payable) including process director functionality, status updates on invoices/receipts, payment methods (ACH, CHK, etc.), and local reporting options. Support

SAP BW

activities including near-real-time extraction from ECC, staging and transformation of information, and preparing datasets for SAC loads. Build and manage BW components such as

InfoObjects, PSA, and InfoProviders

(DSO, InfoCubes, Virtual/Multi Providers). Conduct reconciliation and reporting of information within BW against ECC data, capturing and documenting any exceptions. Manage

SAC interfaces with BW

for both master and transaction data loads, ensuring proper delta capabilities and reconciling information between BW and SAC models for given timestamps. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop and review Functional Specs, Technical Specs, Unit Testing documents, and ensure adherence to the project development lifecycle. Utilize

Azure DevOps

testing tools (optional) for documentation and defect tracking. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and insights to technical and business teams. Qualifications

Strong technical expertise in

SAP ECC

(Vendor Master and Accounts Payable) and related process director functionality. Proficiency with payment methods (ACH, CHK) and local reporting options. Hands-on experience with

SAP BW

(SAP BW 750 0025) including real-time extractions, staging, transformations, and reporting. Experience creating building blocks in BW (InfoObjects, PSA, InfoProviders - DSO, InfoCubes, Virtual/Multi Providers). Proven knowledge of

SAC integration with BW , including master/transaction data loads, delta capabilities, and reconciliation processes. Solid understanding of project documentation including Functional Specs, Technical Specs, Unit Testing, and the project lifecycle. Familiarity with

Azure DevOps

testing tools is a plus. Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
