Responsibilities

As a participant in our brand-new graduate program launching in 2026, gain hands-on experience across a variety of impactful projects. Design engineering solutions Conduct and monitor site inspections Join project and client meetings Refine technical designs and documentation Analyze reports and specifications Explore project and client management Leverage digital tools and innovation Drive sustainable outcomes Build connections through our Early Career Professionals Network Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field Successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships Creative thinking with a methodical, pragmatic approach to problem solving Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and colleagues Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous growth Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork This position is located in Seattle, WA. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy. Location and Work Arrangements
