Job Title: Site Supervisor Job Description Manage daily site operations by directing subcontractors and labor crews to ensure efficient progress on active projects. Uphold safety standards and quality expectations while keeping work aligned with project timelines. Act as the main point of contact between the company, clients, and field teams to maintain clear and consistent communication. Conduct frequent visits to multiple job sites to monitor performance and address any emerging issues. Share regular updates on project developments, scheduling changes, and any challenges encountered. Stay available to quickly respond to urgent site needs or unexpected situations during construction phases. Responsibilities

Essential Skills
3-10 years of experience in residential construction.
Extensive knowledge of field operations and project management.
Experience as a superintendent or crew lead.
Ability to manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously.
Dependable transportation for travel between job sites in Chicago.
Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
Ability to make fast, well-informed decisions in dynamic environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in construction management, repair, renovation, roofing, and porch projects.
Work Environment
This role involves a 3-4 month contract with the potential to transition to full-time employment. The site supervisor will primarily work onsite but will also need to report to the office during downtime. The first week will be office-based, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule afterward. Typical business hours apply unless onsite work requires an earlier start. The office is located at 1035 West 111th Street, Chicago, Illinois. This position offers the flexibility of rotating across different sites rather than being confined to one location, with weekly pay and the possibility of longer-term employment based on performance. The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.07/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
