We are seeking a pioneering engineer to join our client's team, working at the heart of energy operations with a major U.S. operator. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply cutting-edge GenAI and automation technologies to solve complex, high-impact problems. We are looking for an individual who is driven by independence, takes full ownership of their work, and wants their contributions to directly impact our client\'s bottom line.

The Mission: AI-Powered Automation Architect Your mission will be to architect and deliver next-generation AI and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI ecosystem. You will be responsible for transitioning mission-critical legacy RPA processes into scalable GenAI-powered Copilots and robust workflow automations. This is a high-velocity, results-driven role where execution speed and clear communication are essential.

What You\'ll Do

Architect and Deploy: Design, build, and deploy conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (including prompt orchestration and multi-turn flows; multi-agent experience is a plus).

Implement LLM Solutions: Develop LLM applications with a strong emphasis on LangChain (a critical requirement), including the use of tools, agents, and chains.

Build RAG Solutions: Create advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry, grounding models on enterprise data.

Integrate and Automate: Build seamless integrations using Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and Azure Functions (Logic Apps experience is a plus).

End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and rapid prototyping to CI/CD, telemetry, and iterative releases based on stakeholder feedback.

Enablement: Document solutions and patterns to enable non-technical users to effectively utilize the new systems.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Solution Architecture: Lead the design and deployment of conversational agents, with a focus on generative actions and complex multi-agent architectures.

Process Migration: Systematically migrate legacy RPA bots to resilient, high-performance workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.

API Integration: Leverage the Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and custom connectors to ensure secure and scalable data flow.

Client Collaboration: Act as the technical expert, translating ambiguous business needs into tangible, shippable automation products within tight sprint cycles.

Success in the First 90 Days

Immediate Impact: Quickly integrate into the client environment and begin delivering working Copilot Studio agents and complex Power Automate workflows.

High Throughput: Consistently ship and stabilize production-ready solutions on a bi-weekly sprint cadence.

Building Trust: Establish credibility with stakeholders by delivering measurable, bug-free workflow improvements.
