Lead and develop an engineering team focused on automation controls. Drive process automation initiatives and sustain technical excellence. Support continuous improvement across automation projects. Qualifications
Bachelor 0s degree in Automation Controls/Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Over 10 years of experience in an industrial automation environment. 2-3 years of management experience with proven leadership abilities. Proficiency in developing control logic software and HMI applications (e.g. Rockwell Automation, Beckhoff). Expert knowledge in motion control, communication networks, and protocols. Strong problem-solving, project management, and process optimization skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork capabilities. Experience with AC/DC systems up to 600 volts and initial start-up/debug of integrated systems. How to apply
