Janitorial Team Lead- Evening Shift

Overview

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Janitorial Team Lead in Greenville, SC to supervise the upkeep of transit vehicles and facilities. This is a leadership opportunity for someone with hands-on custodial or detailing experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership skills. Important Requirements:

Candidates must have a valid South Carolina Driver’s License, a 7-year clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and be able to pass a 7-year background check. Pay: $18.14/hour Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate vehicle cleaning, fueling, and light servicing tasks Ensure facilities (restrooms, break rooms, offices) are kept clean and safe Train, coach, and monitor janitorial staff to meet safety and quality standards Maintain accurate service and cleaning logs for vehicles and facilities Support smooth day-to-day transit operations in a fast-paced environment Qualifications

1+ year of verifiable custodial, janitorial, or vehicle detailing experience Valid SC Driver’s License (Class D) Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) – 7 years required Clear background check – 7 years required High school diploma or equivalent Strong leadership and communication skills CDL preferred, but not required Apply Today!
