Litigation Associate – Boutique Law Firm (Western Chicago Suburbs)

About the Position: Our client, a dynamic boutique law firm in the western suburbs of Chicago, has an immediate need for a litigation associate (2+ yrs) with policyholder side insurance litigation or general commercial litigation experience. This firm represents clients across the country in litigation, often involving contract disputes, and is heavily focused on policyholder insurance recovery. Attorneys at the firm litigate business torts, enforcement and defense of M&A claims, personal injury-related claims, co-op/condo board disputes, construction, mechanics liens, and other types of civil and administrative actions. Assist with representing clients in various complex cases and throughout all aspects of litigation Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs Assist with depositions and trials Required Qualifications:

2-6 years of commercial litigation and/or insurance coverage experience Experience with policyholder insurance coverage is a plus Location: Western Suburbs, IL Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $135,000+.
