Overview

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. Develop staff to maximize sales and profitability. Control expenses and shrinkage. Oversee merchandising and inventory control in compliance with Company policies and procedures. Qualifications

This position will work up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Benefits

Hourly rate ranges from $18.95 to $19.20 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
