Lead and develop a team of Hospital Account Managers. Recruit, hire, train, and develop the team; implement regional business plans; promote products; and manage administrative duties for the specified region. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Payor and Reimbursement, Area Business Managers, Customer Service, Medical Affairs, Legal, and other stakeholders to achieve regional goals. Participate in local, regional, or national medical meetings in Oncology, Gastroenterology, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, and related areas to build long-term relationships with KOLs and key decision-makers in hospitals, cancer centers, and physician offices. Focus on accounts across the South Central / Gulf Coast (TX, LA, MS, FL, and surrounding areas). Candidates must reside within this region; relocation is not required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in leadership preferred. Experience leading academic medical center, hospital, oncology, or specialized pharmaceutical teams preferred. Proven success selling into large hospitals and IDNs; strong institutional awareness and stakeholder mapping, with a track record of top-tier awards. Demonstrated ability to secure P&T/formulary and drive utilization across institutions/IDNs. History of launching new products; oncology and rare disease experience preferred. Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing field teams, hold teams accountable, and motivate others. Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders; act with urgency in ambiguous conditions. Strong negotiation, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication. Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with standards. Must have a valid driver’s license and reside in-territory. Proficiency with CRM and business tools. Willingness to travel to support the customer base and business objectives. Working Conditions

Field-based leadership position requiring frequent travel within the assigned region, including some weekends. Must be willing to travel approximately 70% with overnight travel. Disclaimer
