Position Overview: The Store Manager at OKCarz is responsible for leading sales operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with daily operational management — from deal structuring and inventory oversight to training and team development. Assist the Sales Team during the application and approval process. Guide customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget. Structure deals, manage paperwork, and ensure smooth contract closings. Recruit, interview, hire, and train top-performing Sales Advisors. Monitor and coach sales team to achieve and exceed store goals. Lead daily sales meetings and drive new traffic through referrals, social media, and partnerships. Manage inventory, lot repairs, and perform inventory audits. Monitor CRM leads, assign follow-ups, and conduct lead audits. Uphold and improve customer experience, including online reviews and in-store service. Support the Home Office with reporting and business needs. Handle cash and perform other administrative and operational duties as needed. What We're Looking For: Automotive management experience preferred. Proven leadership skills and the ability to build and manage high-performance teams. Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities. Friendly, professional, self-driven, and results-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic and competitive nature. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with numbers. High integrity and strong moral principles. Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation: Competitive base salary (discussed during interview). Performance-based commissions and bonus opportunities. Total earning potential: $90,000 – $100,000+ per year!
