How You'll Make an Impact Develop and implement resilient and sustainable sourcing strategies. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to meet factory expectations. Control and manage contract usage in local ERP systems. Define and guide Supplier Management activities for the Supply Quality and Development team. Collaborate with factories and stakeholders to support bidding, design to value (DtV), and R&D activities. Initiate projects to reduce total cost of ownership and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy, BU, and HBU regulations and procedures. Take accountability and approval authority for the quality of team operations. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering. Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
