RieLes Group is seeking an experienced Senior Admin Support to include Records Management/Custodian Duties (Non-Exempt) who is interested in working in the Arlington, VA headquarters. The Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services provides essential administrative and information management support to the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) at its headquarters in Arlington, VA. USTDA is a U.S. government agency that advances economic development and U.S. commercial interests overseas by funding project preparation activities such as feasibility studies, technical assistance, and training. The IRC ensures smooth daily operations by managing records, information systems, mail and file processing, visitor reception, facilities and audio-visual support, and other administrative functions, enabling USTDA staff to focus on their mission of connecting U.S. businesses with infrastructure opportunities in emerging markets. Senior Admin Support to include Records Management/Custodian Duties (Non-Exempt) Location:

U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), 1101 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1100, Arlington, VA 22209 Employment Details: Schedule: 1,920 hours/year (equivalent to 40 hrs/week) Shift: Full-time, Monday–Friday, normal office hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Notes: Must be present during business hours to support records intake, FOIA requests, and staff needs Term: 12 months from the date of award with 4-year/12-month option periods About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Support Specialist (Records Management) to lead and maintain USTDA’s agency records program. This position ensures compliance with federal records management requirements and supports document lifecycle management from creation through final disposition. Key Responsibilities

Maintain USTDA’s Central Agency Files (CAF) and electronic records database Inventory, organize, scan, and track records for agency staff Serve as the primary point of contact for records management, including coordination with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Implement and monitor file retention, archiving, and disposition schedules Train staff on records management policies and best practices Support Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request processing, including tracking, document preparation, and reporting Assist with data input into agency information systems (e.g., SharePoint, TDAMIS) Qualifications

At least 10 total years of related work experience At least 5 years of records management experience, including Freedom of Information Act on information management Experience in creating and implementing records management policies, procedures, and retention schedules Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff Strong computer skills (database, word processing, and data entry skills) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to innovative and quality customer service Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes Experience with Records Management; Records Management training, or certificate, preferred Experience with administrative services like office management, building, and facilities management, human resources, and/or policies and procedures Ability to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Ability to identify and resolve complex problems College degree required in business or information management and/or related certifications Clearance Requirement

U.S. Citizenship Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance Possess strong organizational and customer service skills Possess the ability to respond flexibly and to provide rapid assistance in a time-sensitive environment Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Application
