You consider yourself a “one call closer” with a track record to back it up Sales Experience:
You have 2+ years of direct sales experience and consistently hit your quota Natural Presenter:
Your high emotional intelligence and strong communication skills make you a natural presenter Self-Starter:
You’re tenacious, enthusiastic, and disciplined Income Potential:
You are motivated to earn more income than ever before Key Responsibilities: Build relationships in the community to educate and guide families in their pre-planning decisions Set appointments and deliver preplanning guide presentations Utilize our proprietary software, Navigator, to complete contracts timely, neatly, and accurately Track all sales activity and ratios to measure areas of strength and improvement Use Velocify to track all contacts and ensure professional follow-up Prospect regularly using multiple methods, including cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and outside events Provide world-class customer service with a positive attitude and a willingness to do “Whatever it takes” Stay current in areas related to our profession (veteran’s benefits, social security benefits, end-of-life decisions, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Sales Experience:
Over 2 years of direct or in-home sales experience Public Speaking:
More than 2 years of experience in public speaking and delivering presentations Required Qualifications: Discipline, high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong people skills and high emotional intelligence Ability to work independently with minimal direction Strong ability to earn trust and use consultative selling techniques. Ability to effectively present to groups of people Ability to build and maintain relationships within the community. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Experience handling difficult situations with confidence and compassion Reliable transportation, a valid state driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record Projected First Year Annual Income:
$75,000.00 - $195,000.00 Job Type:
