. WhyWeAreHiringforThisRole: To support the scaling of our manufacturing process for humanoid robots and actuators. Ensure proper assembly, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in robots and manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to maintain high efficiency and minimize downtime. Play a critical role in validating electrical designs and ensuring they meet performance and safety standards. Enable smooth integration of electrical systems into manufacturing workflows as we scale production from prototypes to multiple units per week. WhatKindofPersonAreWeLookingfor: Strong background in assembling, wiring, and testing complex electrical systems, including PCB (printed circuit board) assembly. Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic components, including actuators, sensors, circuit boards, and PCBs. Experience with industrial automation and control systems, including PLCs and HMIs, is a plus. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Meticulous approach to maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance in electrical work. Proactive and resourceful in diagnosing and fixing electrical issues in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with cross-disciplinary teams to address manufacturing and product challenges. Comfortable working on the factory floor, assembling and troubleshooting complex systems, including PCB-based subassemblies. Flexible and willing to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing manufacturing operation. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an electrical technician or similar role, preferably in robotics, industrial automation, or advanced manufacturing. Certification or technical training in electrical systems, electronics, or PCB assembly is highly desirable.
