Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY :

Full time

-Generous compensation ($95,000 - $110,000) & benefits withgrowth opportunities

THE Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) will collaborate with the RBT's todesign and direct the implementation of ABA treatment plan for allclients. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) with also support, supervise, andtrain technicians in carrying out direct ABA programming.

HybridSchedule with 2 remote days per week!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developand supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in the homeand community settings.

Performassessments and develop treatment plans.

Providefield supervision for clients as required by the treatmentplan.

Lead,supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians.

Reviewall session notes and data taken by BT's to monitor clientprogress and BT proficiency.

Provideparent training.

Maintaina positive working relationship with the client's family andrespond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

- BoardCertified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) certification

-Previous experience working with children or adolescents in aclinical setting

-Strong background in behavioral health and group therapy

-Proficiency in data collection and analysis for treatmentplanning

-Ability to provide individual and group counseling effectively
