Posted Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 4:00 AM Demand Analyst The Demand Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment by coordinating with Customer Service and Logistics teams. They analyze order data to identify opportunities for early releases or pack-and-hold strategies, generate customer-specific reports, and make informed decisions on supply prioritization. The role also involves leading cross-functional meetings to align operations with financial targets and proactively addressing compliance risks to minimize customer chargebacks. Demand analysts responsible for reporting inputs that drive Wholesale fulfillment and shipping projections, which are utilized for labor planning by the DC operations teams – identify capacity constraints, ensure we are maximizing on time shipments to customers. What You'll Do Coordinates with Customer Service team to manage daily releases so that customer demand is met on a timely basis, and to ensure fulfilment is level loaded at Logistics Center. Provide Americas Wholesale fulfillment and shipment projections to support labor planning at the Logistics Center. Analyze order pool to identify pack and hold and early release opportunities. Ensure order fulfillment from inception through delivery. Responsible for creating and providing customer specific reports in key areas, including but not limited to: monthly releases, supply change impact on order pool, fill rate reports, order management exceptions, adhoc reports based on customer and sales requirements. Responsible for making informed decisions to adjust priority, move supply, or hold supply from specific customer orders based upon existing supply gaps and/or specific customer requirements. Provide a Wholesale operations projections and lead cross functional meetings with Finance/Commercial teams to track performance against budget and financial targets. Partner with Compliance and Customer Service Team to identify potential non-compliance risks and create action plans to minimize customer charge backs. What You'll Bring • High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree Preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • 1-3 years in an operations, allocations, or customer service environment • Reporting skills from design to execution • Consideration of ethical principles during objective decision making • Strong communication skills- written and oral • Critical thinking skills to pursue new methods or solutions, and to think outside of the box Disclaimer This document describes the general nature and level of work only.
