Director of Food & Beverage , you’ll own the vision, strategy, and day-to-day leadership of all F&B operations — from our iconic events, to Mary Jane’s to cocktails at Float rooftop lounge and the energy of 207 bar. You’ll lead a high-volume, multi-outlet program that sets the vibe for guests to mix, mingle, and create legendary memories. As a member of the Executive Committee, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, driving revenue, and elevating band culture across the hotel. What You’ll Do Lead the Beat Oversee all F&B outlets, in-room dining, banquets, and special events with style and precision. Deliver operational excellence in a high-volume, luxury environment that never stops. Inspire the Band Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team that delivers flawless service with personality. Foster a collaborative culture where everyone brings their unique vibe to the table. Own the Numbers Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue, manage costs, and grow profitability. Innovate menus, promotions, and events that keep guests craving more. Elevate the Guest Experience Be present on the floor — connecting with guests, anticipating needs, and handling feedback like a pro. Ensure every interaction feels personal, energetic, and unmistakably Hard Rock. Lead with Compliance & Standards Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol regulations. Keep every outlet in tune with brand standards, local laws, and licensing requirements. Bring 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership in high-volume, luxury hospitality. Thrive on the floor and behind the scenes — balancing guest-facing energy with financial savvy. Have a deep understanding of multi-outlet operations and event production.
