in Los Angeles, seeking a skilled and dynamic
Executive Sous Chef
to lead our dinner services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary leader to join a prestigious kitchen team and work directly with one of LA’s top chefs. You will oversee all PM food production, manage the kitchen staff, and ensure that every dish leaving our kitchen is executed to perfection. Responsibilities: Oversee and lead all PM food production, ensuring high-quality standards for every dish. Manage a team of sous chefs and kitchen staff, helping to develop their skills and maintain a positive, efficient working environment. Maintain and uphold acceptable ticket times, ensuring smooth operations during service. Work directly with the Executive Chef to manage food and labor costs to ensure profitability. Ensure consistency and quality across all menu items, maintaining Michelin-star standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment. Requirements: Prior experience in a Michelin recognized restaurant is a huge plus. Hyper focused on quality, seasonal food. Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale setting. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and cost control practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining focus on quality and consistency. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and growing junior kitchen staff. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams. Benefits: Starting base salary of up to $105k
