Maintains F&B uniform and special linens inventory. Issues and receives designated uniforms. Maintains and replenishes stock. Works with the direction of the Uniform and Scheduling Departments to determine needs and assists with employee check-ins. Follows and adheres to ASM Global policy.
POSITION DUTIES
Uniform Room
Monitors and maintains uniform stock and inventory. Coordinates uniform requirements in advance of events. Works with Scheduling Department to verify uniform needs. Reports inventory damages and depletions to Uniform Supervisor. Prepares inventory stock reports monthly as directed by Supervisor. Maintains seniority employee uniform log. Reviews employee Cheat Sheet for employee arrivals and staffing requirements. Assists dispatch employees with securing personal belongings during events. Launders uniforms during limited turnaround periods.
Employee check-in and out
Assists Scheduling Manager with employee check-in and check-out. Checks in scheduled employees by location according to check-in sheet. Checks Union dispatch employees for dispatch slips. Directs employees to location; new employees need to be indoctrinated and taken to location with the direction of the Scheduling Department. Enforces ASM Global rules and regulations. Informs Scheduling Department or managers of employee no-shows, absences, etc., making adjustments as directed. Follows and adheres to Union Contract language. Is on hand during events to ensure proper uniform staffing and indoctrination. Enforces uniform policy. After all employees have been issued uniforms during check-in, walks the locations to enforce uniform policy. Assists Scheduling Department with other related duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee documents Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to direct personnel Must be available to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends
