Internal Developer Platform
Lead
to drive DevSecOps maturity and revolutionize the developer experience. In this strategic leadership role, you'll guide a high-performing engineering team, architect secure CI/CD/CT pipelines, and build a cutting-edge self-service Developer Portal that empowers teams across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure Automation : Design and implement CI/CD/CT pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Terraform-embedding security tools and shift-left practices from the start
Team Leadership : Mentor and manage the DevSecOps Engineering team, cultivating a culture of innovation, automation, and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Align DevSecOps strategies with cloud, security, and development teams to ensure seamless integration across the SDLC
Developer Enablement : Architect a self-service Developer Portal (IDP) with reusable templates for infrastructure provisioning, API management, and deployment
Security by Design : Integrate automated scans, compliance checks, and policy enforcement directly into CI/CD workflows
Tooling & Efficiency : Lead initiatives to streamline developer workflows, infrastructure provisioning, and application monitoring
Qualifications:
8+ years in DevSecOps, cloud technologies, and infrastructure management
5+ years leading DevSecOps teams and delivering automation solutions
Proven experience with Azure (GCP, Oracle, or AWS is a bonus)
Expertise in CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, PowerShell, Ansible
Hands-on with cloud-native tech: Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud cost optimization
Strong background in Infrastructure-as-Code and reusable template creation
Deep understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
Technical Skills:
Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Ansible
Container security and cloud monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor)
API management experience (especially Azure APIM)
Scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, Go, Bash
Experience with developer portals (e.g., Port.io or Backstage), cloud governance, and incident response
Ability to drive consensus on infrastructure standards and best practices
Experience supporting application, platform, and security architecture teams
The base salary range for this position is $173,000 - $237,500 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
