Overview
Christ the King Anglican Church in Meridian Idaho is seeking a passionate and organized leader to join our team as the Director of Children’s Ministry. This part-time role is an exciting opportunity to shepherd and shape the spiritual formation of children from nursery through 6th grade, in alignment with our mission to see Christ glorified, families strengthened, lives changed, and the city transformed. Responsibilities
Provide visionary leadership and oversight for CTK Kids (Nursery – 6th grade). Recruit, train, and equip volunteers to teach and care for children. Select or design engaging, biblically sound curricula that align with Anglican values. Oversee weekly Sunday School and special events like VBS and Advent parties. Support children and families with discipleship resources during church seasons. Maintain and enforce child safety policies, including secure check-in processes. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to foster ongoing engagement. Qualifications
A committed follower of Jesus, aligned with Evangelical Anglican doctrine. Passionate about children’s spiritual growth and safety. A natural team-builder with strong leadership and organizational skills. Teachable, self-motivated, and full of integrity. Able to teach small children in a kind and engaging way. Position Details
