Join our team as a Virtualization & Windows Systems Analyst, where you will take a role in designing, managing, and supporting mission-critical enterprise virtualization environments. This position emphasizes Nutanix, VMware, and Citrix technologies. We are seeking a skilled professional who can deliver secure, reliable, and scalable virtual infrastructure solutions in a demanding environment.
Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix and VMware vSphere/ESXi virtualization environments with Horizon and Citrix brokers for VDI.
Administer and optimize storage, compute, and networking resources in a virtual infrastructure.
Troubleshoot complex system and virtualization issues independently and collaboratively.
Automate provisioning, deployment, and configuration using Python and Ansible.
Maintain and enforce security across physical and virtual infrastructure, including firewalls, encryption, and endpoint protections.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company and agency policies, and regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain thorough documentation of plans, system configurations, and operational processes and procedures.

Required SkillsRequired Experience Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 to 12 years of related experience
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Must be able to pass CI Polygraph within 180 days of hire
Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility and maintain program accesses as required
CompTIA Security+ CE, ISC2 SSCP, or equivalent baseline security certification
Hands-on experience administering virtualization platforms (Nutanix AHV, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Citrix)
Knowledge of VDI solutions (VMware Horizon or Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops)
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and virtualization stack issues
Understanding of enterprise security best practices in virtualized infrastructures
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
U.S. Citizenship Required
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced experience with Nutanix, VMware Horizon, or Citrix VDI environments.
Strong background with automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
Nutanix, Citrix, or VMWare certification.
OS administration experience with Linux and Windows environments.
Active TS//SCI clearance with a current CI Scope Polygraph.
