Review business requirements for new clients or opportunities and define the system scope, ensuring alignment with implementation goals and technical feasibility. Participate in customer meetings to present IT solutions and clearly define the scope of work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives. Prepare detailed cost models based on client requirements, project assumptions, and defined scope to support accurate planning and budgeting. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, key users, and business process leads to analyze technical requirements. Facilitate meetings and workshops to define process requirements and system changes. Qualifications
At a Minimum, You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent related work or military experience 4 years of experience implementing and supporting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Implementation and support experience with web-based applications, WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and small parcel shipment systems Expertise and experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution Thorough understanding of current information systems technologies such as client/server, relational databases, web-based systems, and object-oriented design Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating technical concepts and plans at all levels Availability to travel up to 10% of the time depending on project status and business needs It'd be great if you also have: Master's degree Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting Company
