with Scrum Master expertise to lead product development efforts across the full product lifecycle-from ideation to launch and beyond. This role will serve as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
and play a critical part in aligning business goals with technology solutions, ensuring product quality, and driving agile execution.
Key Responsibilities: Agile & Scrum Leadership
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables across sprints. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc. Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices to improve maturity. Remove blockers, resolve conflicts, and foster a high-performance team culture. Ensure all sprint deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Product Ownership Support
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize features. Translate the product roadmap into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with stakeholders to shape product vision, strategy, and goals. Maintain the sprint backlog and ensure alignment between technical teams and business priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the main point of contact for external and internal communications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/design, analytics, and business stakeholders. Drive alignment and communication between technical and non-technical teams. Technical Analysis & Delivery
Lead requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, and system design efforts. Participate in the design and development of APIs and system integrations. Ensure seamless interface specifications and data flow between systems. Oversee testing, validation, documentation, and production support. Continuously analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to inform enhancements. Go-To-Market & Post-Launch
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market plans. Track product performance post-launch and recommend future investments. Support continuous improvement through feedback loops and performance analysis.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years
of experience as a Technical Business/System Analyst. 5+ years
of experience in enterprise software development in collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering teams. 3+ years
as a Scrum Master, with proven leadership in Agile environments. 3+ years
of experience leading API design and system integration projects. Strong ability to participate in technical design and solution architecture discussions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and servant leadership skills. Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies. Experience working in fast-paced environments (product companies or startups preferred). Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
