Job Title: Surgical Technologist CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH, Burlington, MA Days 36 hours/week 7a,7:30p Primary Experiential Needs include Ortho, Neuro, Transplant & Cardiac National Surgical Tech Certification Required, BLS/CPR required 1,2 variable shifts possible per month. BILH Cover Sheet Required Facility is not accepting local candidates. Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months. 2025-2026 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted).
