Immediate Opportunity: Full-Time Licensed Psychologist (Remote or Hybrid)
CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is seeking licensed clinicians to join our well-established and growing multidisciplinary practice. Services are offered both in-person and via telehealth, allowing for optimal flexibility and client reach. Location options include Washington, DC; Maryland; and Virginia with in-person, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. Position Type: Full-Time (W-2). Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Range: 105,000 – 125,000/year.

Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
Conduct psychological testing for clients across the lifespan (children to elders).
Offer services in-person and via telehealth to maximize client reach and flexibility.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in ongoing clinical activities as assigned.
Position Requirements
Must hold an LPA in DC, MD, or VA.
Passion for high-quality, compassionate mental health care and commitment to ongoing professional development.
Must be local; availability for hybrid work is preferred.
Experience level: 3–5 years (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a diverse clientele.
Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends.
Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (some in-person availability preferred).
