As a Director of Rehabilitation, you are leading a team of compassionate clinicians who help patients get well. You will oversee all rehab services in your facility, support your team by providing direct patient care, and ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services. You will mentor and develop your clinical team while collaborating with other staff to design, implement, and execute programs that restore and enhance patients’ abilities. You will adapt to the needs of your team and patients and foster a positive, patient-first environment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master’s degree preferred Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing required Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to make independent decisions and problem solve Thorough knowledge of all state practice acts Ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public Ability to effectively manage/motivate staff Salary
Posted Salary Range: USD $33.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
