Rincon Research Corporation (RRC), an employee owned company, is seeking a talented, tenacious, results-driven individual to work in a multi-disciplinary R&D environment with similarly motivated electrical engineers, mathematicians, computer scientists, and analysts who are collectively responsible for creating custom digital signal processing solutions and leveraging them to make an operational mission impact. Acting as the initial point of contact to provide technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving end-user technical issues Collaborating with other employees to research and resolve problems Performing system and office deployments to include computers and peripheral devices Providing and installing approved hardware and software Supporting, managing, and maintaining the configuration and installation of end user workstations Assisting in creating and updating training and knowledge base materials Conducting new user onboarding, which includes account creation, office configuration, and user and training. Maintaining computer and equipment inventory Up to 10% Travel as required Qualifications
DOD 8570 Compliance within first 90 days (CompTIA Security+) Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED Education, Experience
A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Systems, Business, or other related discipline. May be substituted with 5+ years of experience Skills
Strong demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Strong demonstrated ability to professionally interact with end-users at all levels Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of PC hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair Experience with Microsoft operating systems Experience with Microsoft Active Directory user management Experience with Linux operating systems Experience using command line navigation Experience with computer networking fundamentals Location
