We are looking for a
Clinical Director
to lead a dynamic clinical team and bring an energetic and positive approach while working with our students at
Glenhaven Academy , a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma-informed care. Responsibilities include providing direct oversight and supervision of all clinicians and clinical services, working in tandem with the Program Director and Administrative team, and creating a safe and therapeutic community by supporting students in developing and by role modeling effective coping strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field, and be licensed as an LICSW or LMHC. Clinical Management experience is preferred. Benefits include ongoing monthly professional development, clinical supervision, and reimbursement for professional licenses.
