Investigate and offer solutions to customer inquiries. Document call information accurately. Communicate empathetically and clearly with professionalism. Consistently meet daily team goals for quality and customer satisfaction. Your Qualifications: Dedication to excellence and a positive demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficient in using computer applications. Willingness to exceed customer expectations and advance professionally. Previous experience in healthcare is advantageous. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center is required. Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary. At least one year of tenure at a previous job, ideally in customer service. Reliable attendance, with no absences during the first 90 days. Typing speed of at least 25 WPM. Wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download. A secure and private home workspace. Flexible availability, including weekends.
