High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary. At least one year of tenure at a previous job, ideally in customer service. Reliable attendance, with no absences during the first 90 days. Typing speed of at least 25 WPM. Wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download. A secure and private home workspace. Flexible availability, including weekends.
