The Systems Business Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading complex projects that involve the analysis of business processes and the development of technology solutions to meet organizational objectives. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, providing strategic insights, and ensuring that IT systems align with business goals. Lead and oversee complex training systems analysis initiatives, ensuring optimal system outcomes. Collaborate closely with senior management and executive teams to align systems with organizational strategies aligned with training opportunities in the HVAC Industry. Conduct advanced system analysis, including business process reengineering and data modeling. Stay at the forefront of emerging business systems trends, technologies, and best practices.
