Civil Project Manager
to lead and oversee civil engineering projects with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction. This role involves managing the design, planning, and reporting for residential and commercial development sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and business development skills, and will work closely with senior management, clients, and technical staff to ensure successful project delivery. Compensation
Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Technical Expertise: Design and layout of site grading and roadways; stormwater conveyance and modeling for quantity and quality; water and sewer system design; Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control (TESC) system design; land entitlement and site planning; preparation of specifications and engineering estimates. Project & Staff Management: Lead and manage design and technical teams; oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables; review and approve monthly invoices and change orders; monitor accounts receivable and support collections; prepare Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and contracts. Client & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and jurisdictional agencies; identify and pursue new business opportunities; develop strategies to increase market share and profitability. Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High ethical standards, dependability, and a proactive attitude. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Seniority level
