Sr Principal I&T Technical Project Management - R10208066 at Northrop Grumman

Responsibilities
Responsible for the complete integration and test effort for a spacecraft or product line.
Create and foster a "One-team" approach, leading and managing day-to-day activities to meet customer mission requirements, on-time and on-budget.
Develop and communicate the I&T plan and schedule for all space vehicle assembly, integration, and testing activities, including integration with the launch vehicle (offsite).
Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for I&T activities on the program.
Lead and coordinate mechanical, electrical, RF, propulsion, harness, and quality assurance resources and activities on a given vehicle/program.
Coordinate shared facility utilization for Test Planning (I&T bay, EMI Chamber, Structural Test Lab, TVAC Chamber, Mass Properties table).
Develop and maintain the Test and Integration Master Plan.
Perform short- and long-term planning and schedule maintenance.
Interface with customers, program offices, and launch vehicle providers.
Review and approve engineering products to ensure manufacturability.
Support all review boards, tiger teams, RCCA investigations, deep dives, and pre-milestone reviews.
Serve on and participate in program PDR, CDR, MRR, and TRRs.
Provide problem-solving expertise and mentor the team.
Support metrics for quality, schedule, cost, and productivity for the I&T Production Area, including continuous process improvement.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with 8+ years of experience; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
Minimum of 4–6 years of proven leadership experience and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience working within multi-disciplinary organizations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and technical presentation experience.
Familiarity/experience with CAM roles and responsibilities.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government DoD clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Extensive experience within Integration & Test organizations.
Familiarity/experience with CAM roles and responsibilities.
Experience leading cross-functional organizations.
Demonstrated experience in ERP, MES, Lean Manufacturing and/or 5S programs.
Additional Details Primary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00. The salary range is a general guideline and may vary based on scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply. Benefits include health, life and disability insurance, savings plan, holidays, and PTO.
