Position Title: Oracle HCM Senior Technical Analyst
Position Location: Norcross, GA
Work Type: Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days remote work

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Senior Technical Analyst to lead initiatives across our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role focuses on Oracle HCM technologies, ensuring robust system performance, data integrity, and compliance with global security and audit standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to support our global HRIS landscape across multiple regions and regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a technical lead for HCM security, ticket management & audit requests • Collaborate with HRIS, IT Security, and Audit teams to ensure system compliance with international regulatory requirements (SOX, internal/external controls). • Develop and maintain security roles, access controls, and audit trails within Oracle HCM across multiple geographies. • Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments globally to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies. • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations worldwide. • Partner with business stakeholders across regions to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to support audit readiness and knowledge sharing across global teams. • Stay current with Oracle updates, patches, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation globally. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field • 7 years of experience in a technical analyst role, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle HCM. • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and data structures across multiple countries. • Proven experience in system security, role-based access controls, and audit compliance. • Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, and other global data protection regulations. • Experience working in a multinational environment with cross-cultural teams. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
