IT Program Lead to plan, direct, and coordinate IT requirements and software development projects with rapid timelines and evolving requirements in a collaborative and interactive environment to support the program mission. Provide support on a team that delivers full-spectrum IT-focused, enterprise-wide lifecycle support, including DevOps, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance, and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the customer’s enterprise. Duties included but are not limited to: Customer front and end-user experience enhancement; integrate support services to promote a seamless, integrated, end-to-end model Collaborate to drive adoption of timely, cost-effective and secure IT solutions by promoting seamless integration and an end-to-end IT approach; provide customers insight into IT requirements throughout the process Facilitate customer and stakeholder sessions to identify and clarify business process needs and coordinate development of technology solutions; gather data using established workflows and quality reviews Plan, document, and coordinate new and existing business cases and project briefs to obtain approvals; coordinate procurement, provisioning and implementations; perform hands-on solution architecture, resource management, implementation support, and client management Serve as point of contact for non-routine to moderately complex installation projects for communication networks Ensure contractual performance criteria and due dates are met during service delivery and achieve successful project completion Plan, direct, and coordinate Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps activities, information systems, infrastructure and architecture planning to bring value to the customer Analyze organizational information needs and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements Develop long-term strategic objectives to ensure user requirements are met in future years Perform horizontal system integration planning and interface with other functional areas to ensure timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules Coordinate activities in support of program managers and teams that support provisioning, design, installation, maintenance, and billing of service Track and monitor service orders through completion and turn-up; prepare deliverables (e.g., status reports to Government, order information, open issues) Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience 5-10+ years of IC Enterprise support and hands-on technical/strategic experience in at least three or more of the following areas:

Software Engineering (Java), including DevOps or DevSecOps Infrastructure (Cloud and On-Prem) Business Intelligence / Big Data / Data Science ITSM

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Demonstrated (non-academic) experience in a similar role (day-to-day management as a contractor supporting a government enterprise IT environment) Demonstrated experience defining measurable metrics to monitor progress Nice to Have

Experience architecting, developing and implementing enterprise business solutions using Scaled Agile methodologies, DevSecOps tools, ServiceNow, AWS/Azure/GCP cloud native services, COTS solutions, emerging technologies, Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise IT Operations and Service Management Experience managing contract personnel to ensure high quality and timely deliverables and contract compliance Company Overview
