Job Description
To be of service. To ensure friendly, courteous, timely and efficient customer service by providing a clean, well stocked restaurant and by assisting all other team members.
Set and reset tables correctly within the Santé guidelines
Proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests
Assist servers in any way with supplies, food, and beverage
Maintain extensive knowledge of menu, food preparation
Some wine knowledge
Expedite clean products to all areas
Restock service stations
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service stations
Serve from the cheese cart and maintain extensive knowledge of cheeses
Other duties as assigned

Previous fine dining experience necessary
Able to speak, read and write English at advanced level to facilitate communications.
Able to lift, bend and stoop to perform various tasks.
Able to lift frequently and carry bus trays and other objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Able to move quickly and efficiently
Hourly rate of $20.00
